Last year of the air-cooled Yamaha two-stroke road bikes sold in the US. Picked up this bike in OK shape -- it was all there, but had a couple of dents in the tank, non-matching engine (w/o Daytona one-piece head) -- but also had DG pipes and Works Performance shocks. So had tank, fenders, side panels, professionally painted, with repro decals. Added RZ350 bikini fairing, also painted to match with repro decals. Also re-covered seat, added Telefix clip-ons, Raask rearsets, Battlaxes, stainless brake lines, custom rear brake light and directional mounting.
Taillight is stock RD 350, rubber mounted to shortened fender, with upper edge of light tucked under cowling piece. Directionals are also stock RD items, but I unthreaded outerbody from long stalks, and clamped the two ends together with an old bicycle seatpost clamp bolted to fender through existing hole.
